Established and regulated
We integrate providers operating under recognised financial regulation in their market, with a published compliance posture and a support channel that answers.
Established, regulated providers. Transparent policies at the point of payment. Disputes and refunds handled on a defined workflow rather than case by case.
A cheap processor that disappears mid-dispute costs more than any saving on rate. Our selection criteria are fixed and we apply them before integrating anyone.
We integrate providers operating under recognised financial regulation in their market, with a published compliance posture and a support channel that answers.
Rates, reserves, settlement schedules and dispute procedures understood and documented before the first transaction, not discovered during one.
Card data is handled by the provider's hosted fields. We do not store card numbers. Our systems hold order and fulfilment data, and only what an order needs.
A provider has to give us a workable evidence process. If disputes are a black box on their side, they are not a partner we can use.
Most disputes are a communication failure, not a fraud event. The cheapest protection is telling the customer the truth before they pay, in language they do not have to hunt for.
Stated where the buying decision is made, not buried in a policy link.
Shipping, taxes and duties presented before the card step, never as a surprise on the final screen.
Plain-language policy, the same wording on the site and in the confirmation email.
A monitored channel with a published first-response target, answered by someone who can act on the order.
| Area | Control | Why it exists |
|---|---|---|
| Checkout | Hosted payment fields from the provider | Card data never reaches our systems |
| Fraud | Provider risk screening plus manual review thresholds | Automated scoring misses context; people miss volume |
| Refunds | Defined authority levels and a logged reason per refund | A refund pattern is an early signal, if it is recorded |
| Disputes | Evidence pack assembled from order, tracking and comms | Evidence gathered after the fact is usually incomplete |
| Policy | Same terms on site, at checkout and in email | Divergent wording is what a dispute turns on |
| Reconciliation | Settlements matched against orders | Unmatched settlement is how losses stay invisible |
Established, regulated providers appropriate to the market a brand sells into. We confirm the specific providers for a given brand on request — naming them generically on a public page would not tell you anything verifiable.
No. Payment details are captured in the provider's hosted fields. Our systems hold order, fulfilment and customer-contact data needed to deliver and support the purchase.
On a defined workflow: the dispute is logged, an evidence pack is assembled from the order record, carrier tracking and the support thread, and it is submitted within the provider's window. Patterns are reviewed rather than treated as isolated events.
The customer is contacted by us before the promised date passes, with the revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. A missed date handled proactively is an inconvenience; a missed date discovered by the customer is a dispute.
If you are assessing us as a payment or banking partner, tell us what you need to see and we will provide it directly.
